Terms and conditions of sale
Warning: these terms and conditions of sale have been drafted for guidance only. They must be reviewed and approved by a legal professional before any commercial use.
Article 1 — Identification of the seller
TRAIDEBG (hereinafter “the Seller”), operating under the corporate name FULL HOUSE EOOD, EOOD (дружество с ограничена отговорност), with share capital of 500 лв., whose registered office is at 41 boulevard Tcherny Vrah, entrée D, rez-de-chaussée, 1407 Sofia.

Article 2 — Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of digital courses in PDF format offered by the Seller on the website https://www.traide-bg.com. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.
Article 3 — Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made online by Bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay via SumUp. The order is confirmed as soon as payment is received.
Article 4 — Delivery
The courses are delivered as PDF files sent by email to the address given by the buyer when ordering. Delivery takes place within minutes of payment being confirmed. The Seller cannot be held liable for errors made by the buyer in entering the email address.
Article 5 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article 16 m) of European Directive 2011/83/UE on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and with their acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By placing an order, the buyer agrees that delivery of the digital content begins immediately and acknowledges that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
Article 6 — Intellectual property
The courses are protected by copyright. Buying a course confers a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. Any reproduction, distribution or resale, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
Article 7 — Risk warning
The courses offered are educational content for teaching purposes. They in no way constitute investment advice within the meaning of the MiFID II Directive (2014/65/UE). Trading in cryptocurrencies and financial instruments carries a risk of capital loss. Past performance is no guide to future performance. The buyer acknowledges acting under their sole responsibility.
Article 8 — Liability
The Seller undertakes to provide quality educational content. It cannot be held liable for the investment decisions taken by the buyer on the basis of the knowledge acquired. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
Article 9 — Protection of personal data
The personal data collected when ordering (surname, first name, email address, telephone number) is processed for the purposes of fulfilling the order and delivering the courses. This data is neither passed on nor sold to third parties. The buyer has a right of access to, rectification of and erasure of their data in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Article 10 — Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
