Data collected

The site collects only the data you enter of your own accord in the order form:

• identity: first name, surname;
• contact details: email address, telephone number;
• postal address: address, postcode, city, needed for the contract and the invoice;
• order data: items or services chosen, date and time, options, free-text message;

Purposes and legal bases

• Handle your request and get back to you — performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b of the RGPD).
• Perform the contract, prepare the order and issue the invoice — performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b).
• Meet our legal obligations: retention of invoices — legal obligation (art. 6.1.c).
• Handle disputes and debt recovery — legitimate interest of the data controller (art. 6.1.f).

No data is used for marketing purposes without your prior consent.

Recipients

The data is processed by the authorised staff of TRAIDEBG. It may be disclosed, strictly so far as necessary, to:

• our host Vercel Inc., technical processor;
• our payment provider SumUp, which handles the payment on its own secure page: your card details never pass through our servers and are never disclosed to us;
• our insurer and its claims handler, in the event of a claim;
• our chartered accountant and, where applicable, our legal advisers.

No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention periods

• Enquiry with no follow-up: 12 months from the last contact.
• Order file: 5 years from its performance, under the limitation period for contractual claims.
• Accounting records: 10 years, in accordance with article L. 123-22 of the code de commerce.

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability in respect of your data, as well as the right to lay down instructions on what becomes of it after your death. You may exercise them by writing to contact@traide-bg.com or by post to the address of the registered office, providing proof of your identity.

If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — www.cnil.fr.

Cookies and trackers

The site sets no advertising cookie and uses no audience measurement tool. Only the technical logs of our host, needed for the security and the proper operation of the service, are generated, together with a strictly functional cookie remembering the language you have chosen in the site's language selector.

The Contact page embeds a map provided by Google Maps. Displaying it opens a connection to Google's servers, which may lead to trackers being set under that provider's privacy policy. You can avoid this connection by not visiting that page, or by blocking third-party content in your browser.

Security

Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). The documents and supporting papers collected when ordering are kept under restricted access and destroyed at the end of the periods set out above.
